Our Company Culture
Corporate Climate
At Configura, our ability to grow and to reach our goals starts with our people.
Without skilled colleagues who truly understand
the value and impact of our products, services, and
tools, there simply is no Configura. That’s why one of
the People organization’s main focuses in 2025 was
strengthening our shared understanding of what we
do as a company and why it matters.
A major initiative this year was a cross-company
learning effort created to align and deepen every
Configuran’s knowledge of our offering. Not just how
our products work, but how they fit together, how they
support one another, and how they create value for
our customers. To build this shared foundation, we
hosted monthly learning sessions for all employees,
complemented by targeted deep-dive discussions
for specific groups across the organization.
In addition, we continued investing in our Internal Leadership Program to support people managers,
specialists, and technical leaders. Throughout the year, we explored topics such as change management, feedback, and psychological safety—all aimed at developing our people, strengthening leadership capabilities, and nurturing the culture that continues to define Configura as we grow
