WHO WE BELIEVE YOU ARE
We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a UX Designer at Configura, you will help shape the future of our products and services by ensuring the best possible user experience. You will investigate and define user needs, work with a cross-functional team to gather requirements and user feedback, and design intuitive user interfaces.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Investigate and define requirements based on user needs.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features.
Create high fidelity prototypes for usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
Work with a global team of UX Designers to utilize the existing design system, and support in its continuous development.
Define and track goals and measure the impact of solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Support product strategy teams and stakeholders in adopting a design-driven approach by facilitating workshops and encouraging design thinking.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related discipline in design or behavioral science.
• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in a product company.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, and InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Familiar with different workshop methods and experienced in facilitating workshops.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience working B2B with complex design challenges is a plus.[
